The Day It All Changed
Two years ago, I walked away from my corporate career. On paper, it was a reckless move. I had stability, I had a routine, I had what most people would call “success.”
But inside, I felt empty.
There were days I would sit alone, staring at the ceiling, battling self-doubt and even depression. I kept asking myself one question: What do I really want to build with my life?
The answer wasn’t money. It wasn’t titles. It was something deeper — the urge to create a name, a company, a legacy that stood for honesty in a world that often forgets what that word means.
That’s the day Benroy Group was born. Benroy meaning ‘Son of a Lion’ which stands for ‘Courage’ & ‘Strength. Benroy was born not in a fancy boardroom. Not in front of investors. But in the quiet struggle of my own mind, where I promised myself that if I was going to do this, I would do it differently & with help.

Why Benroy Exists
Real Estate is an industry full of opportunity, but also one that’s clouded by mistrust. Too many players see buyers as transactions, and developers as short-term clients. I knew I wanted to build something that stood against that tide.
Benroy was never about just selling apartments. It was about:

- Building a team of real people who understood honesty and grit.
- Creating a culture where integrity isn’t optional, it’s the DNA.
The Struggles No One Saw
What people see today is the logo, the website, the team, the mandates. What they don’t see are the nights when I couldn’t sleep wondering if I had made a mistake.
They don’t see the rejections, the long days of working with nothing to show, the sacrifices, the weight of proving myself all over again.
But it’s in those moments of silence, of struggle, that the foundation of Benroy was truly laid.
What Benroy Means Today
Today, we’re still young, still fighting, still hungry. But every deal, every handshake, every home sold with honesty is proof that the idea was right.
